Description
This salsa verde is made from fresh vegetables straight from our community gardens. It has great flavor and is relatively mild in heat. The ingredients include:
- Tomatillos
- Anaheim Peppers
- Serrano Chilies
- Onions
- Garlic
- Lime Juice or Apple Cider Vinegar
- Cumin
- Cilantro
- Sugar
- Kosher Salt
This recipe is great over nachos or used in chicken enchiladas!
